About Us

DMI is a full service mechanical contractor with the equipment, staff, and expertise to plan and install large, small, simple, or complex projects. Our in-house sheet metal fabrication and installation department proves our ability to properly plan and schedule work on fast-track projects. Our service and controls department provides timely start-up and check-out of the installed equipment, and owners' representatives are instructed on operation and maintenance procedures. Our welding trucks along with our professional welders and pipefitters provide state-of-the-art piping techniques. Our master plumbing crews complete our capabilities of being a full service mechanical contractor.
