Pipefitting, Welding, Mechanical and Plumbing

DMI installs, repairs, and modifies existing plumbing and HVAC systems, working together with our other departments for on-time accurate, and emergency repair. DMI has a complete fleet of welding trucks and employs numerous master plumbers. Our constant in-house testing of welders provides you with quality assurance. All DMI plumbers fulfill or exceed state requirements for continuing education.

HVAC

We're Problem Solvers, not parts changers.

DMI's service department provides timely start-up and check-out of the installed equipment, and operation and maintenance instructions to the owner's representatives. DMI also services all makes and models of equipment, and provides preventative maintenance services as necessary. DMI's Service Agreements are tailored to surpass customer's needs and are monitored for fewer emergency calls and less down time.

DMI also services all pneumatic, electric and DDC controls. DMI is an authorized dealer for the Honeywell LCBS Direct Digital Control System. We can design and install the perfect system for any building. The Honeywell LCBS system is easily expandable at anytime. DMI currently provides off-site building monitoring, which will provide 24-hour off-site emergency service.

Sheetmetal

DMI's state-of-the-art sheet metal design, fabrication, and installation facility is in-house, allowing us a greater ability to properly plan, schedule, and manage work on fast-track DMI projects:

DMI's on-site fabrication capabilities--copper, aluminum, black iron, galvanized steel, and stainless steel--is just another of our single-source services DMI clients enjoy, providing valuable time and cost saving efficiencies. Our state-of-the-art plasma cutter, complete coil line and spiral duct machine give us the ability to fabricate any duct work in a minimal amount of time.
